This place suits me perfectly! It has free parking, 24-hour reception, and a bar area. The staff are very helpful. During my first stay, they assisted me with technical issues. Highly recommend the breakfast! I'm coming back for Christmas.

We ate at a clean restaurant for dinner.

The rooms were new-fashioned, complete with modern bathroom, heating system plus comfortable bed, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The location was particularly good and perfect - ease of access to Odeon Cinema.

The bed was lovely, and there were an electric kettle, central heating and an iron too.

The staff were pleasant and friendly, and facilitated early check-in for us to attend a funeral.

The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work, otherwise very good facilities.

i booked a large non smoking room but was called to say this was unavailable and would i mind a smoking room with 2 beds with no price reduction, as it was short notice i took the room but it did smell of smoke, the breakfast was not great but ok. the location is an industrial area near to noisey main route. staff were good and helpful.

Convenient 'get away' Handy for nightlife. Good value for money.

location was right for me, but not close to the city, based in a bussiness park, so not ideal for family/ relaxation, breakfast was decent. Heating wasnt working, hotel could have done with replacing old mattress, good bathroom, and overall was clean.

seems were running on a skeleton service, room left unmade after first night stay, on informing staff advised would send up fresh towels? However after requesting again, did come up and make room before return to hotel in the eveniong.

Fine beds, complementary breakfast included. Simple but sufficient. Toast, eggs, sausages, yoghurt.Friendly staff. For a good meal go to beafeaters accross the road.

No diner, no nice atmosphere in the brakfast area/bar

The staff were very very helpful and organise a change of rooms as soon as we mentioned a window latch that would not work properly. Staff dedicated to make your stay great. A hotel with choice of pillow softness!

Duvets fixed to beds meant smuggling down the bed to cover shoulders! Not a big issue.

The hotel was conveniently positioned by some of the important road networks and was very easy to find. The hotel was clean with excellent facilities for a simple stop-over between meetings. Superb value for money.

We stayed in this specific hotel as we were going to a concert in the Ricoh arena which was 4 miles away. The hotel reconised that most people were there for this reason and they had organised a mini bus to transfer people backwards and forwards all afternoon which was handy!
